Raymond Thompson Obituary

Raymond passed away at Royal Inland Hospital suddenly on October 24th, at 81 years of age. He will be sadly missed by his wife Sharon and his sons Ryan (Tanya) and Jeffery Thompson. He was predeceased by his brother Rodney in 1997.

Raymond was born in Camrose, Alberta, and raised in Ohaton, Alberta; Heatherbrae District. and moved to Ashcroft in 1960 where he met the love of his life Sharon (nee Woodworth), settled down, and started a family. Raymond worked for the BC Department of Highways as a Grader Operator keeping roads and highways smooth and safe around Ashcroft until he retired at age 59 in 2000.
