Phil Rivard
Obituary
Phil passed away June 24, 2021, at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice in Kamloops at the age of 69 after many years battling a long list of illnesses ending with cancer.
Phil was born and raised in Montreal to parents Emma and Callahan Rivard. He is survived by his wife Regine and brother Kelly. He was predeceased by his parents.
He moved to British Columbia in 1978, lived and worked in the lower mainland, and moved to Ashcroft in 2018.
He met his wife Regine in 1975, and they married in 1979. In love from beginning to end and forever.
Phil’s passion was cars, he loved everything about vintage cars and trucks. He was able to take them apart, rebuild, and restore them, but his favourite activity was to wash them. He never had a dirty vehicle. He won many prizes at car shows.
He will be missed by all who knew him. Forever in our hearts.
No formal services will be held. Raise a glass in his memory.
