Errol Frederick Johnson

Errol Frederick Johnson passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the age of 84 years at Overlander Trinity Hospice in Kamloops. Errol was predeceased by his parents, Violet and Jack Johnson, and his brothers, Sonny, Eddie, John "Jackie," and Howard. He is survived by his daughters, Julie (Ralph) and Ramona (Keith), as well as grandchildren, Jaimie, Maggie, Fred, and James. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Jean, who was married to Eddie, nephews Raymond (Jacquie), Philip (Anne), and nieces Jacqueline (Darcy), Erin (Scott) and Lee-Ann (Skip), and many other grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.

Errol enjoyed reading legal thrillers, watching sports and spending time with his grandchildren
He was a friend of Bill W. In his younger years, he was athletic in various sports including Judo (brown belt).
He enjoyed fishing, camping, yoga, aquafit, all forms of gardening in his backyard, teasing, storytelling and preaching to loved ones. He also participated in the "Boogie the Bridge" 5Km walk 3 times!

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the St. Alban's Anglican Church Reception Hall in Ashcroft.
