Obituary

Darryl Roy Westendorp, born on February 3, 1965, in Calgary, Alberta. Passed away suddenly on April 25, 2023, at the age of 58. He was the middle son of Harold Westendorp and Teri Johannes. Darryl was predeceased by his father Harold Westendorp, mother Teri Johannes, stepmother Anne Westendorp and several other relatives. Darryl is survived by his wife Christina and his children, Amber Semeniuk and Kelsey Semeniuk along with his grandchildren Laura and River. He is also survived by his brothers Dale and Darcy Westendorp, stepbrothers Tim and Jim Couglin as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great family friends. Darryl and Christina were married on September 2, 2000, in Chilliwack, B.C. He loved and helped raised his girls who will miss him dearly. He was a very loving and devoted Husband, Father, and Grandfather. He was extremely devoted to his grandchildren, Laura, and River. Laura loved going fishing with her Papa and he was looking forward to doing the same with River! There will be a Celebration of Life at the Cache Creek Community Hall, on July 15, 2023, at 2 p.m.
