Bill Higdon Obituary

Passed away peacefully early in the morning on October 7, 2022 at Royal Inland Hospital Kamloops BC, Bill Higdon was the age of 90. Bill retired from welding in 1997 and was a member of the United Steelworkers of America local 7619. Between work and family, Bill's enjoyment was hunting and fishing (lots of fishing) whether in the winter, in an ice shack or in the summer, in his canoe. Left to mourn his wife Margaret of 52 years, his son Rodney (Leanne), son Rory (Shannon), daughter Roxanne (Raymond), his grandchildren Travis, Addison, Kathryn, Sandy(Jacklyn), Ellis, Courtney (Morgan) and his great-grandchildren Jamie, Jake, Tanner and Isabelle. Also leaving to mourn brothers Pleamon, Harry, Chesley, Daniel and sisters Millicent, Eva, Sarah and a circle of other relatives and friends. It was his wish to be cremated and have his ashes spread out in the Atlantic. No formal services will be held.
